At Jules B Jewellery, my mission is to ensure your excitement upon receiving a new piece is met with the same passion that I invest in crafting it. However, should you wish to return or exchange your item, I want the process to be as seamless as your experience shopping with me.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item if you wish to initiate a return or exchange.
- All refunds and exchanges are subject to Jules B Jewellery discretion.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered.
- For your peace of mind, I recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as I cannot be held liable for the loss of any packages.
Ring Size Considerations:
- Regretfully, Jules B Jewellery cannot accept refunds for rings ordered in the wrong size. Kindly ensure you are aware of your ring size before placing an order.
- Exceptions may apply for exchanges, subject to availability within the current collection (additional delivery costs apply).
Refund Process:
- Any refunds will be calculated, less the original shipping costs.
- Please note that bespoke items and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
